Trattoria is owned and run by the Florimonte family, who bring an authentic South Italian vibe to all they do.

Their passion is to bring fine Italian dining to the high street, using fresh, seasonal and organic produce where possible. Pasta is made in the restaurant every day and the olive oil used in dishes is from the family olive grove in Italy.
